Questions & answers
What executives
ask first
Everything you need to know before booking a discovery session — who this is for, how sessions work, which Spanish, and what it costs.
Who is this coaching for?
This coaching is for executives who need to negotiate, present, and close deals in Spanish at a senior level. It is not for beginners learning the language from scratch. You should already have some Spanish and need to operate with authority in Latin American boardrooms and negotiations.
What makes this different from a language school or app?
There is no curriculum and no syllabus. Every programme is built around your actual deals, counterparts, and gaps. The language you build is drawn from real negotiation transcripts, not textbook exercises. Sessions are 1-on-1 only, with a coach who has spent more than twenty years inside Latin American boardrooms and contract negotiations.
How the work is doneDo you cover cultural etiquette or general conversation?
No. This coaching is strictly boardroom and negotiation language. Cultural etiquette, social conversation, and travel Spanish are outside the scope. Every session is focused on the specific high-stakes language you need for your deals.
Which Spanish dialect do you teach?
Colombian neutral Spanish — clear, precise, and universally understood across Latin America. Not regional slang, not Castilian Spanish from Spain. The Spanish that travels well in a boardroom from Bogota to Mexico City to Santiago.
How are sessions delivered?
All sessions are conducted via video call, wherever you are in the world. There are no group classes. Every session is 1-on-1 with Andres Agudelo.
How long does a programme take?
It depends on your starting point and your goals. The Executive Intensive is designed for executives with an imminent deal or board event and runs over a compressed timeline. Full programmes typically run 6 to 12 weeks. The discovery session maps the right path for your situation.
View programmesCan sessions be scheduled around my travel and deal calendar?
Yes. Scheduling is built around your availability. If you have a board presentation or negotiation coming up, sessions can be front-loaded to prepare you for that specific event.
What does a programme cost?
Programmes range from USD 1,500 for an Executive Intensive to USD 3,800 for a full Relocation Spanish programme. The discovery session is the starting point — Andres will recommend the right programme after understanding your goals.
See all programmesWhat happens in the discovery session?
It is a 60-minute video call. Andres will assess your current Spanish level, map the specific conversations you need to own, and identify the vocabulary gaps that matter most for your deals. You leave with a clear picture of what the work looks like.
Book a discovery sessionIs there a minimum commitment?
The discovery session is the only required first step. From there, Andres will recommend a programme based on your goals and timeline. There is no lock-in before that conversation.
The discovery session is the right place to ask them.
